Jhanas are blissful states of consciousness that can be invoked with training. The training involves relating to one's internal experiences with curiosity, enjoyment, and relaxation. One can practice these techniques in everyday life, with significant benefits to one's subjective mood.
There is only enough time to scratch the surface. This experience will involve a few guided meditations to experience some of the concepts, as well as pointers to further resources.
