Strategist, process designer and facilitator, Adam helps organizations develop learning and leadership capacities to meet the social, environmental and spiritual challenges we face as a society. He is currently supporting multiple initiatives, including training climate leaders in mindfulness-based approaches to leadership, and supporting PolicyLink on their work to build a true multi-racial democracy in the United States.
