What is Earth One?
Earth One is a global community of catalytic individuals shaping capital, culture, policy, and technology around the world. We believe new models of convening are needed to better mobilize our world’s abundant resources to address planetary challenges.
Our Gatherings
Earth One gatherings are designed as living containers. They invite reflection, honest exchange, and the kind of shared presence that makes new patterns of thinking possible. What unfolds is shaped as much by the people in the room as by the place that holds us.

Why Baja
This March, two hundred catalytic humans will gather in Baja California Sur, a place where South meets North, shaped by desert, sea, and long horizons. We’re coming together to pause, to listen, and to explore what it means to move differently as a civilization in transition.
