Daniela is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Palm Venture Studios, a network of venture studios across the US that provides second-chance capital and turnaround support to "stuck" early-stage impact startups who have not yet reached their potential. For over a decade, she has partnered with leadership teams at venture-backed startups, Fortune 500 companies and culture-making organizations to navigate complexity and execute on actionable solutions. Daniela is a master facilitator, and the creator of Playstorming®, the future of brainstorming -- an idea generation method and an AI creativity tool. She holds degrees in the psychology of creativity. When she's not turning around stuck companies, she's traveling to cool events and teaching 5Rhythms, a movement meditation and embodied leadership practice she has studied for over 25 years.
