NEED
For the housing project it is two things: *Capacity growth - we have so much exciting work to do but believe that we need to pay people to do that work. Until we prove that we can build the first building we have struggled to fund operational expenses which has kept us at a less than 10 person team. More awesome humans working their passions would springboard this project. *Storytelling - this project is so dope and we believe it can be reproduced. We are missing an opportunity to capture the story and share it. We believe our approach can inspire other creative do-gooders to build culturally relevant, affordable housing.

What happens when the community is empowered to create culturally reverent, economically empowering, creative and inspiring places to live on a large scale? How can we, as facilitators of a kinder more equitable world, empower the builders and dreamers of these endeavors?
