Commonweal is a 50 year old non-profit that is a pioneer in the fields of healing, environmental health, arts education, cancer care and more. A community of over 40 programs that include the Resilience Funders Network, the Center for Ethical Land Transition, Visual Thinking Strategies, Healing Circles, ORAwards, the Retreat Center Collaboration, Somos El Poder, the Biomonitoring Institute, and the Collaboration on Health and the Environment. Focusing on exploring the intricacy of the polycrisis with a lens of complexity centering voices from many sectors and geographies.

Our work Is focused on healing, as a movement toward wholeness, at all levels - nature, personal, economic, social and cultural. We shine a light at the intersection of healing and the polycrisis. Working with people at end of life teaches one how to listen, be present and focus on what matters. This also translates into creating the personal and organizational readiness to look directly at the major challenges ahead (planetary and personal), without denial, fear, reductivism or apathy. Commonweal is also an incubator for change makers who want to be part of a community that are planting the seeds for the change that will be needed tomorrow.,
