Earth One : Gstaad

25 — 30 Jun 2025

Welcome.

You have been intentionally invited to participate in a potent gathering of forty multi-disciplinary visionaries working at the global vanguard of AI, functional health, R&D, and the cultural zeitgeist.

Our time together will be based in the summer Alps of Gstaad, Switzerland.  Immersed in a place of expansive beauty and stillness, we will ask the provocative questions of this moment, the intersection of AI x Wellbeing being the tip of our spear, and confront whether we have the wherewithal to collectively architect critical pathways forward.

In 1609, speaking of Homer’s Troy, Shakespeare writes:

And ’tis this fever that keeps Troy on foot,

Not her own sinews. To end a tale of length,

Troy in our weakness stands, not in her strength.

We will explore together the Troys that have sat at the back of our mind for years, awaiting an audience with a prodigious group of peers capable of thoughtful and penetrating action.  The arc of our time together will open from this deep and concentrated work into a celebratory weekend expanding to include a couple hundred close friends, allies and family.

Clean air, culinary treasures, vast white space, and celebration await.

We hope you will join us.

What is Earth One?

Earth One is a community of enigmatic, optimistic pragmatists at the vanguard of their craft who believe humans are inseparable from each other and from the Earth, and that there are no unaccounted externalities.  We gather and guild together to build the trust, compassion, and vision necessary to exercise soft power diplomacy at civilizational frontiers.

What’s expected of me?

We trust you to navigate this experience with presence, curiosity, and kindness.  Most of all, we hope you bring your whole self : your love, your gifts, your fears and your faith.  None of us has all the pieces.  That’s why we gather, to share what we’ve cultivated, and to ask for what we need.

What's the cost?

A foundational principle of Earth One is regenerosity - the recognition that generosity begets generosity.  Deep and meaningful interactions elevated above a transactional frame initiate cycles of regenerosity that ripple into our communities and into our cultures and beyond.

This six-day experience, including food, local travel, and shared accommodation has been generously offered by our host Nachson Mimran, and our patron Simone Giacomelli.  You are responsible for covering your travel expenses before and after the gathering, including flights and ground transportation to and from the venue.  Additional arrangements can be organized for participants traveling with kids, or for those with a preference for private accommodation.
