Can I book my own accommodations?

All ticket packages include accommodations on-site at the beautiful boutique fortress hotel Suryagarh. If you already have a place to stay in Jaisalmer and want to purchase a commuter pass with out accommodation, please contact us at vasu@earthone.world.

What if I can't stay for the full event?

We encourage you to attend for the full experience, however if you must arrive late or leave early, we would still love to welcome you to Earth One VASU. We do not offer any discounts on the package price.

What are the payment options?

Once you have selected your accommodations, you will have the option to pay via credit card or bank transfer. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% booking fee, for wire and bank transfers the following discount code can be applied at check out to remove this fee: VASUdirect

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations are non-refundable. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact vasu@earthone.world as soon as possible.

Will my room match the photos?

Each one of the beautiful rooms and suites at Suryagarh is uniquely designed and one-of-a-kind so you can expect thoughtful differences from the rooms pictured. All feature stunning views and luxurious amenities to invite you to dive deep into yourself, and provide a powerful canvas for your Earth One VASU experience to play out upon.

When will I be paired with a roommate?

If you select a shared room and don’t already have a roommate, we’ll match you with one. Two weeks before the event, we’ll email you their details so you can connect and get to know each other before arrival.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in at Suryagarh begins on March 20th at 2pm, and check out is March 24th by 12noon.
